Protecting your credit after the Equifax breach

Every day it seems that there is a new data breach from a big company that's exposing your data to those with less reputable intentions. 

While the Equifax breach that leaked the personal information of nearly 150 million Americans (including social security numbers), along with the info of folks in the UK and Canada, is the most recent event... it surely won't be the last.
