Our purpose is to help nice advisors create the kind of firm and lifestyle they want. We provide an environment that supports employee personal development, engagement and joy!
With over 15 years of Operations experience, Melanie continues to create a space where virtual technology and Operations collide, changing the face of back office as we know it at VPG. When she’s not busy thinking of things for the team to do, you may find her with her husband Ricky and their two kids, or traveling the state on an adventurous quilt run.
With Shayla's background in Communications and small business start-ups, she's primarily focused on the on-boarding experience for advisors, liaising with prospects, and creating effective development, marketing, and sales strategies suitable for VPG's conscious approach to internal and external growth. A cross between Ted Talks, and Sports Center, Shayla enjoys deep conversations, a good laugh, Monday morning quarterbacking, and her Clippers!!
"Did you try rebooting it?" When he’s not managing VPG’s internal tech team, or leading our Broker Dealer service teams, Tom enjoys spending his time shooting zombies with his wife and raising his 2 toddlers to be well rounded little geeklings.
Need help moving to a new firm? Holla at your girl Samira! When she’s not leading the team that transitions advisors and their client accounts to a new firm, she’s creating new procedures and workflows. Fun fact: Samira is fluent in 3 languages English, Farsi and #HASHTAG - #sorrynotsorry, #gts, #fomo, #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
*ring ring* “Thank you for calling, this is Carli!” As the receptionist/Executive Assistant, Carli is the voice of VPG. When she's not scheduling meetings and confirming appointments, she's running reports, wealth management plans and doing her best to make her coworkers laugh!
Early Bird gets the worm! As a virtual Ops Assistant, Sylvia’s day starts earlier to accommodate her east coast advisors. Because she works with so many diverse advisory firms throughout the country, she’s now comfortable with many different products/services for advisors. And as a benefit to her advisors she’s become their personal millennial translator and sometimes… “the struggle can be real ☺”
